Shipping policy
We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £50.
Monday through to Friday we keep ourselves busy lovingly packing and despatching your orders. As soon as your order leaves our premises we'll drop you an email to let you know and to pass on any tracking information.
We have different delivery options that we can use to get your package to you when you need it. Below are our standard delivery costs and the delivery timescale but if you would like something different just get in touch at orders@gopickle.co.uk - we can give you a quote for the best option.
Delivery to UK (inc highlands and islands, N Ireland and Isle of Man)
Standard delivery:
- Free standard delivery with UK orders over £50
- Mainland UK: Usually delivered within 2-5 days via Royal Mail Tracked 48
- Highlands & Islands, N Ireland and Isle of Man: Usually delivered within 3-6 days via Royal Mail Tracked 48
- Delivery charge for orders under £50 is £5 (£3 on orders under £10) with same delivery timescale as above
If you have specific delivery requirements (eg Saturday delivery or next day) please get in touch and we can discuss the best options
Delivery to Ireland, Europe
Will I have to pay customs fees - duty and taxes?
Parcels may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and the amounts differ in each country. Our customers have had differing experiences and therefore it is proving difficult to predict the amounts charged but any additional charges for customs clearance are the customer's responsibility.
Standard delivery
- Usually delivered within 5-10 days although delays can happen with shipments to Europe
- The prices below are our standard European delivery

Small/medium package up to 1kg - £10 (approx 2/3 items)
Medium package from 1kg to 2kg - £20
Large package from 2kg to 4kg - £30
Delivery to rest of the world

Orders to the USA (under US$2500) and Australia (under AU$1000) should not incur import duties/taxes. Above these figures and to other countries, parcels may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and the amounts differ in each country. Our customers have had differing experiences and therefore it is proving difficult to predict the amounts charged but any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.
