We are two ladies in our middle youth. Over the years we've played lots of sport and are still doing so (although not quite as competitive these days). We were both frustrated about having “nothing to wear”, sound familiar? Sports clothes we found were boring and bland and we wanted stylish and comfortable, because we are worth it!
That was the birth of our sister company Suitably Sporty – enabling ladies like ourselves to find stylish, comfortable and high-quality sportswear that is equally suited on the fairways or courts or as an all-day wardrobe.
We both started playing pickleball in 2018 after a business trip to the US. As this fabulous sport became more popular in the UK we expanded to include pickleball equipment and then launched GoPickle, for all things pickleball. As well as selling online we have a showroom where our customers come along and enjoy a cup of Yorkshire tea with us whilst browsing our wares.
We are frequently invited to pickleball festivals and other events with our “mobile warehouse”. Our pop up shop has proved to be a great addition to club events. Having our popup shop at your event is a great way for your guests to browse and try a wide range of equipment, accessories and clothing. We know customers like to see, feel and try before buying and our pop-up is the perfect opportunity to do this.
