Refund policy

We hope you love your new GoPickle gear but if you need to return something, don't worry, we can help. You've got 30 days from when you receive your order to send it back to us. Please note, we extend our returns period over the festive season so if you place an order after 1st November, you'll have until 31st January to return. 

Rather than a refund, you may prefer an exchange or store credit - either of these is possible too.

Exchanges and store credit

The majority of our customers like an exchange rather than a refund. The best way to action this is to get in touch (hello@gopickle.co.uk) or via phone (07828 190935 or 07850 125257) and we can organise this for you. You'll still need to return the item/s but we'll make sure that we have the replacement ready to send you as soon as we receive your return. 

How to return an item: 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags and with its original packaging. It must be in a resaleable condition.

Pack the item up securely and make sure you include the Returns Form with your name, contact details and order number on it.  If you don't have a printer then please make sure you include your name, address, items returned and ideally the order number (if we can't identify you, we'll struggle to make a refund). For your convenience, use the returns address label and you can also reuse our postage bag.

Customers are responsible for the return postage and will be liable for the goods until received by us so you may want to add tracking or proof/certificate of posting when you despatch the items.

We'll action a refund within 48hrs but we know that it can take up to a couple of weeks for credits to go through the banking system. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Faulty items:

We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and we make sure that all items are checked before being despatched so we wouldn't expect you to receive faulty items. However, if you discover a fault or if your item has been damaged in transit, please get in touch as soon as you can on hello@gopickle.co.uk or via phone 07828 190935 or 07850 125257. A photograph of the damaged item will be helpful to us.

Where an item is found to be faulty we will refund the cost of the return postage (please use a 2nd class postal service and ensure that you obtain proof of posting). 

European Union 14 day cooling off period: Notwithstanding the above returns policy, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
